Dear Friends:
    I forgot to mention that use of products to  surround and protect 
nipples, such as breast shells, were associated with  mastitis. I believe it was 
Cathy Featherstone that published a good paper about  this.
    Three studies show that breast shells are  associated with problems. Does 
anyone have evidence to the contrary?
