Just posted, the CDC's new mPINC report on hospital practices that 
influence breastfeeding outcomes. There was a conference call on it 
yesterday, and the summary study is just newly released today, June 12, 
you can download it from

http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/ 

over 80% of birthing centers in the US responded, and it gives a good picture of breastfeeding friendliness in terms of the 10 steps. 
There's much more info from the ppt used at the conference call, but I just wanted to get the link posted on my way out the door.
