I would like to "third" this.  I was just commenting to a fellow nurse how
incredible Lactnet and the archives are.  I can locate an article in minutes
without doing the long searches of the CINAHLS (by hand at that!) that I did
in graduate school, just a mere couple of years ago.  Absolutely invaluable,
not to mention I now feel I have friends all over the world!!!
