I learned a lot from Lynn and Robin (Wolf and Glass), I think their 
workshop is worth taking (I've attended twice, and I got even more out 
of it the second time). You can learn a lot from speech suck courses 
too, but some of it will come from a cultural norm of bottle feeding 
rather than the biological norm of breastfeeding. You'll need to read 
between the lines a little and figure out what applies to bf and what is 
an artifact of bottle feeding.

You can also set up a breastfeeding suck workshop in your area, with 
your hospital or local lactation consultant association or public 
health/WIC agency as sponsors (read: footing the bill). Then you can 
choose the speakers and ask them to talk about issues that pertain to 
your population. LactSpeak.com has speaker information for a wide range 
of bf speakers. Some speakers are even willing to do clinical days, 
where you ask moms to bring in their babies for free help from the 
speaker in exchange for there being an audience of IBCLCs or other 
interested HCPs.  Lisa Sandora (IBCLC and speech therapist) came and did 
this for us in NY.

Health-e-learning also has some good courses online that can help you 
with sucking issues specifically for breastfeeding babies.
