Read up on gestational ovarian theca lutien cysts -- growths that emit
buckets of testosterone, inhibiting lactation for as long as 21-28 days.
Good news:  they resolve on their own.  BUT Mom MUST be pumping (enven tho
she is getting drops) during the entire month.

This may be more prevalent than we realize, because most moms have given up
on BF/pumping LOONG before the cysts self-resolve.  This Mom will need LOTS
of cheerleading during those long days of no-reward pumping.  And -- of
course -- lots of skin to skin!
