I am looking for ways to increase attendance at our Breastfeeding support group which is held in a hospital setting. We currently meet one morning per month and try to do a different topic each month to get the conversation started. The rest of the group time is spent answering questions, sharing ideas, offering support etc. We do not currently offer feed and weighs at these group meetings. We typically just have a few moms each month and often they only attend once because they're returning to work etc. I'd welcome any ideas you may have to make it more fun and inviting and to market it more effectively. We have even discussed the idea of moving to an online-type forum for moms to ask questions if this would increase participation. Thank you in advance!
