The books that I have found to be the most user friendly for new mom's and
also for experianced mom's are by Pam Wiggins. The first one, "Why Should
I Nurse My Baby?" is a great book for mom's if they are not sure about
breastfeeding, it gives excellent reasons to encourage breastfeeding. The
second one she has is, "Breastfeeding, A Mother's Gift." I give it too my
mom's most of the time after the baby is born, it goes into much more
detail about breastfeeding, and is a great book for mom's. Most of the
mom's I have talked to like it because it is in Question and Answer format
through out the book. They find the book very helpful. This is all IMHO.
