I recently had a Mom-to-be ask me at the BFing class I teach if she can
safely eat sushi while breastfeeding.  Her OB told her not to eat it while
pregnant- except for the vegetable rolls.  She is craving fish, especially
tuna.  Anyone have any experience-info-insight-or opinions?  Thanks a lot!
