Hi,
Does anyone have any information regarding botox and breastfeeding? I have a
mom who had a botox injection and stopped breastfeeding about a week ago. Now
she regrets her decision and wants to go back to breastfeeding. She is
starting to pump to increase her supply, but I'm wondering if anyone has any
information/experience with botox getting into breastmilk. I'm not sure how to
advise her regarding safety.
Do any of you wise ones have some experience with this?
Thank you,
Gail Macklin RN IBCLC
