Hi all! I thought I had saved Dr Jack's technique for breast compression,
but cannot find it in my files. I cannot find it in the archives, no
matter what I search under. Does anyone have a copy they can privately
email me? Or does anyone know which post it was so I can retrieve it from
the archives? Thanks in advance for your help!

BTW, this is for a retired counselor whose daughter is now 10mos and not
taking solids at all. She screams and turns her head away when the spoon
is brought out even though she has never been forced to eat. Solids
introduced at 7 mos and offered since then but never forced. Recently she
started *losing* weight. Not sure about growth (either head or length) -
will have her measured today. If she is still gaining length, is the
weight something to really worry about? She is described as still plump,
happy, alert, active, crawling all over the place. Baby is nursing "about
6x/day" and seeming to be very contented afterwards. I suggested calling a
local OT (one who does feeding screens in one of our local children's
hospitals) to address the aversion to all things oral (except the breast).
I suggested breast compression to help with the weight while they figure
out what is going on. Any other ideas on what is going on and/or whom this
lady should see?

Linda V., who would love to *really have* the breast compression in her
files instead of just *thinking* she did.... ;-)
