Hi Amy, I served our on county pan flu team and saw how deficient public health planning is with regard to mothers and babies. Here are some resources:

Our Healthy Start Coalition director allowed me to add a separate component to our website, and it is also both my Master's research and my APHA leadership project. Also, AMCHP is now active with this topic, and ACNM as well and both have literature up online, although broad in the MCH context, does offer breastfeeding information as well.
