Here is the exact wording from my current contract (midwives at our
hospital).  Note the gender-neutral language :-)  This also applies to
breastfeeding fathers, evidently.

"Salary during breastfeeding breaks
The employee may take off up to two hours with pay per workday to breastfeed
their child.  The break time is evaluated in relation to the number of hours
worked per day."

That's it.  Nothing about where, or when, or how old the child can be or
anything.  In the law it states that the needs of the employee are to carry
the most weight, not the needs of the workplace.  Doesn't make you want to
open a business here but it is nice to be an employee!
I think this is so that people who only work half-days to begin with, will
not be assumed to be entitled to another two hours off with pay.  It has not
been an issue so far since we all work full days, except a couple of people
on reduced hours for health reasons, and they don't have children.
