I am wondering on the long term use of herbs for low milk supply.  Are they
like some drugs and loose effectiveness, requiring higher doses?  Should they
be taken for short periods only?  Anyone with experience in more than just
short term usage please share your experience.
   I had # 6 child ( Matthew) on 6/12, and unlike the other 5, have battled a
low milk supply and slow wt gain for him every since 4 days pp.
