 How should we manage the mom with this issue at the
hospital?

I did have some moms in the past. I could not see any
significant weight loss at the hospital. Baby
urinating stooling well, good transitional stool in
less than 24hrs. I could notice nutritive feeding.

Since we do not have good lactation service in the
community where I work,  I encouraged the ped to
follow up the baby very closely.
