Congratulations, Cindy!  Your letter to ADA has certainly created some
discussion.  Did you see how many people were copied in her response to
you?  But she lost me when she said:

It is not SIMPLY a graphic.  It's an indication of the pervasive
attitude of bottle-feeding being the norm in infant feeding. I think you
raised a few people's awareness this week.
