In the episode where Sandy, Karry's partner and Henry's mom, dies, she is shown walking out of the bedroom in just a bra holding a pump and bottle and commenting that she got 9 ounces. Later, when she is on the operating table, she says "It's a good thing I pumped"

All in all, ER has had positive references to BF.
