One of the research sessions at the Washington DC 2001 ILCA conference
was on pumping for premies, and the moms got more milk by double pumping
than sequential single pumping, and they got more milk when they used a
very short breast massage before pumping as well.
I forget the authors, but I think they were British midwives, and it was
a nicely done study.
