Dr James Rucinski from Brooklyn Methodist Hosp, comes to mind.  Others  may 
know more about his current practice but I heard him speak years ago and  
referred someone to him some time ago.  He is listed as a general surgeon  
but I think he does breast surgery and very breastfeeding knowledgeable.
