Gaggy and biting? Look for a tongue-tie. It might not be obvious, you
might need to lift the tongue with a fingertip.

Sometimes giving tongue tied babies a little more time to organize their
tongue movements can help improve the latch. Have mom recline, place
baby's trunk on mom's ribcage, snuggle baby's chin to the breast and
nose to the nipple and let baby do the rest. When baby grasps the
breast, mom can cuddle baby in a little closer, but let the baby make
the lunge!
