Remember that these women have had major problems with their breasts.  There
is probably a lot of psychological baggage floating around.  Their long-term
problems with too large breasts, the struggle to come to a decision to have
surgery, pain, etc.  Then they have a baby and their breasts get big again!
I think I can begin to understand a little about where they are coming from.....
we can only give them information and support, help them sort out the
issues, then they gotta do what they gotta do and handle the whole issue
however they can....and maybe that means not nursing.
