While the implications for feeding such milk to babies is scary, I can
imagine some very good uses for older children, adults and the elderly. I am
thinking of my brother who suffers from Chrohn's Disease -- when it is at its
worst and he can handle little if any food, I have often though breastmilk
might be well tolerated, but he would not ever consider that. However, if it
came from a cow, he would most likely drink it. Plus, I don't know if there
are even enough donors of breastmilk for the babies who need it, but I can't
imagine we can handle all of the older folks who might benefit.

All I am saying is there could be a positive to "humanized cow's milk" -- I
don't know the science of it, but I am using my best imagination. Of course,
not for the babies.
