My husband had a thought on the WWW archives issue.  If we just use the
word "Lactnet" as the search word (instead of lactation or breastfeeding)
those of us who want to find the info will be able to go right to it, but it
will be too obscure and specific for search engines looking for
breast/lactation words (which might attract more whackos).  It may be true
that we've always been "public" in some senses, but it does appeal to have
some degree of cohesiveness in the list.

LACTNEWS On-Line -- the conference and more list -- will be up by the
weekend.  We're loading some conf. posts now, so those of you with up-coming
CE offerings need to get the info to me.  Again, we sort by global region.
I need title of conf. date, place, time, speakers, sponsoring organization,
ceus being offered (number and to whom), brief description of presentation,
and full info on how to reach contact person (address, phone, fax and
e-mail). I esp. need information on S. and Central American, African,
European and Asian Conf.

If you are selling a product or ed. material send:  title and type of item,
creation or copyright date, author(s) brief description, cost, how to
contact (full info as above).

If you are mentoring, send name, credentials, brief description of how it
works, cost (if this is negotiable, say so), contact.

Courses:  Title, developed by (ie whose course) how it works, cost, entry
and exit requirements, brief description (include info on ce and contact
hours) and complete info on who to contact.
