It has happened to me too. Twice. The first time I was nursing my
infant in a sling while carrying blankets and jackets for fantasmic,
when some stupid teen employee yelled at me over a bunch of folks
waiting for a parade that I "Could do THAT in PRIVATE in their nursing
room." It was really silly, because I was balancing a bunch of things
and still doing "THAT" with no difficulty as I made my way through the
crowd. Her comment simply let a bunch of folks know that I was doing
THAT, something that most of them probably were unaware until she
anounced it so loudly. I simply said "thanks anyway, I'm fine where I
am." Sadly my pediatrician uncle was with me and he was mortified, and
later told me he thought that I should NEVER do THAT in public. Let's
just say that this was not the first and would not be the last thing
about which we disagree. Mostly I'm happy he's retired (mostly) and
lives across the state.

I can't remember the other time but it too was handled quickly.
Personally I am more offended by those that continue to smoke at
disneyland than I am by the occassional uneducated employee. I always
send a note to disneyland and I can tell that at least in regards to
breastfeeding things are better. Smoking is better too now that smoking
is restricted to certain small areas of the park.

They do have a very nice breastfeeding room set up, with comfortable
glide rockers and foot stools, in a quiet darkened room. It is right
next to the area where you can feed your baby or toddler solids (they
have high chairs, chairs for mom, a place to warm the solids, etc.) if
you so choose. I have never taken advantage of the latter, but I have
used the nursing room a few times, during those months where every
little thing distracts baby from nursing.

But Disney and Nestle cosleep, no doubt. It's sad.
