I would like to applaud Amy Spangler for her letter. What she said is so
true. I have spent many years involved in many organizations both
community and professional. It always seems that the same people are
involved over and over and the people who complain the most about those
doing the work are the ones that don't take the time to be involved
because they claim they are too busy.

Those of us who have done the work, are doing the work and still are very
busy seem to manage. I honestly believe that until you've worn those
shoes you should be grateful for those who do.

Good job Amy and all of our representatives and active members of ILCA.

I thank you for a job well done and give you credit for what you do.
