increasing low milk supply 11 weeks out

Working with a mom of 25 week twins-now 36 weeks. Still in NICU. Mom pumps 5 times a day for total of 15 ounces per 24 hours. She does skintoskin with both babies every day. She is at theri bedside every day for 10-12 hours and is involved in cares.

Now that babies are ready to orally feed, she is realizing that she doesn't make enough milk.  She has refused the help of LCs previously. Now she wants help.

Does anybody have a magic trick out there for increasing milk supply at a time when many mothers are seeing a decrease?
