I will never forget going on a delayed home vss(communication mixup at 
hospital with 24 hour discharges-usual was one vss within next 24 hours and 
one vss 2 days later with option for 3rd as needed.  ).  Twins one at 5 lb, 
one slightly below- bigger one nursing sort of Ok.  Mom had no help, dad had 
to go right back to work, mom was typical pp fog, etc. I had picked up 
smaller twin(girl) who had not nursed effectively in 36+ hours since coming 
home.  I walked straight into the kitchen and made her a bottle and gave it 
to her.

I was so furious when I went back to report at hospital.  No one had enough 
common sense to keep a mom of twins for 2 days - 2 babies, duh!  Pat in SNJ
