Dont' worry - they likely know verylittle, and you are doing a valuable
service.  I recommend quoting fromDr. Lawrence's text, and mention that
she was the nation's highest scorer on her national boards.  And
definitely let them know what part of your lecture will be on the test.
Trust me, that will keep them awake.
Here's hoping more medical schools teach something about lactation....
