Hello everyone,
I noticed that some were requesting names of LC's in other places. Is
there not a List or something with all IBCLC's and where they practice?
This would be something I could use in my proposal, yes? "keeping up with
the medical Jones" as noted in Riordan and Auerbach.
Have already called ILCA and IBLCE folks---no reply as of yet.
While I'm here, Which binky/fie-fie is Least harmful for my breasting
babies. My hospital stocks M---M--- and I question if infants have to
"clamp" down on them to keep them in, resulting in poor wide/open mouths
for breast. I give mom the facts---Please no artificial nipples this
early. Most nurses disagree and give/encourage them. "That baby has been
at breast all day! Give the mom a break!
PS Anyone know of some web sites with statistics concerning each
states birth rate, ages of moms, % on state assistance.....ya da ya da ya?
(Nursing Administrator likes graphs and numbers)

Please email me.

Thank you all so much,
Paula (Who should be nomail to study more for the EXAM but I just can't
resist)
