The companies in question are engaging in unethical behavior across the
board no doubt.  But in Africa, where Nestle is heavily peddling their
brand of.....um......stuff,  the difference in breastfeeding over bottle
feeding can mean life or death in a huge way.  Of course it can be life
and death here, but when there is no money to buy the proper amounts of
formula, and no clean water, it's very very deadly.
