Jan Barger KNOWS I am sharing this with everyone. We just completed a
really enjoying day-and-a-half program on starting/establishing a private
LC practice.

In the course of one of her presentations, she was talking about feeding
the MD office staff and/or bringing gifts to the MD--at which point she
said, "Bring the doctor a hooker!" The audience -- me, too! -- collapsed
with hysteria!

Boy--I'll bet the MD given such a "gift" would never forgot that particular
visit or the LC who was so "giving!" :-)

Sometime later in the day, helping an exotic dancer not leak all over her
audience (this is illegal and one of my clients got arrested for doing
so!).

This and other inadvertent witticisms kept the room rockin' all day and
everyone in a terrific mood.

Humor truly is a necessary antidote to the stress we all experience giving
giving giving to others.

For all of you wonderful people (from 24 states!), thank you for making our
time with you so enjoyable. Kathy (Jan and Pat)

Def. of LC service: "We are all faced with a series of great opportunities
brilliantly disguised as impossible situations."
