I caught a snippet in jack's book last night (thank
you, Jack!) that made me wonder about guilt and not
breastfeeding.  Who started that thought?  Is it
tracable back to one of our favorite pharmaceutical
company publications, I wonder?  Any thoughts on the
origins of this myth, anyone?
