Alert to all interested LCs, LLLLeaders, moms, dads and babies:

Representative Carolyn Maloney (14th district NY) is holding a press
conference tomorrow, 12/17 at 11AM in 2220 Rayburn.

The purpose is to introduce a bill that she will be bringing to the floor when
congress reconvenes in late Jan.  The purpose of the bill is to encourage and
support women who return to work and choose to breastfeed.  There will also be
language to offer incentives to businesses who support these women in the
workplace.

Please try and come a little early and show the congresswomen and the press
that this type of bill is important in the US and that she has support.
