UNICEF Statement by Frank Oski

Dr. Oski was Chief of Pediatrics at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore in
the 1980's and 90's.  Unfortunately he died in the mid 1990's .  Sorry I
can't remember exactly when.  He wrote a book that was callled *Cows Milk is
For Cows,  or Dont' Drink YOUr MIlk. *and I believe the statement you quoted
is from that book.  Unfortunately the book is out of print now so finding a
copy is difficult.
