I have found that adding a few drops of Tea Tree Oil to the hot water wash,
is very helpful in getting rid of yeast.  I have used it when I was nursing
and when my older daughter kept having yeast infections.  I couldn't really
seem to get rid of the yeast until I started washing with the Tea Tree Oil
and hot water.  I initially bought the oil at a health food store, but I
think you can even get it at Walmart now.  I always recommend it to moms
dealing with thrush.
