Phyllis, I'm confused by your use of the wording, "...another certification 
or license..."  We don't have licensure and we aren't even close to having 
licensure.  

If IBLCE does form a second credential and this SoP stands for us IBCLCs 
imagine what the second credential SoP would be like.  Perhaps it would say 
something like "sit on your hands and softly repeat over and over, Breast 
is Best."

I wish someone could enlighten us as to how and why this new SoP came into 
being.
