Dear Leslie R.

I agree that the hospitals COULD pass along the cose to the moms, but
hospitals do NOT want to charge for something that they can get a ton of for
free.  I have tried to get the Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative going at my
hopsital to no avail, mostly due to this reason of the ABM... My habds are
tied.  All I can do is tell moms if they dont want the ABM to give it back.
I hate giving it to them at all!!!
