As sad as it is, I believe that our most comprehensive national and
regional ANNUALLY collected stats on bf come from Ross Laboratories. Maybe
Betty Crase, at the CBI, could jump in here and confirm? I have worked
with the National Center for Health Statistics in the past, especially for
my dissertation, and know that unless they are conducting a special survey
that this is not part of their normal data collection.
