Thank you ladies for support and wonderful words of encouragement.  If we all lived in Fort Lauderdale I have a great Lactation Consultant Buddy who would have come over immediately to help so I could have played more the mom role instead of wearing all of my hats!  Unfortunately they live in Savannah Georgia and are new to the area.  But since visiting the Ped today who backed up all that i have said, the plan is going more smoothly and baby is pooping more yellow stools now.  And my dear IBCLC friend emailed her a great plan and has been very encouraging on facebook.  That bili is standing still and no weight gain but I think the new 2 days will be much better! He still has a long way to go to suck perfectly but he is improving! Who would have thought an all natural home birth baby could be so stubborn?!
