Since this infant has missed both gross & fine motor
skill milestones, it is important that Occupational
Therapist (OT) as well as PT evaluate if a
comprehensive workup/evaluation is to be done. I have
worked with several fine OT's over the years & their
input with children who have oral motor skill issues &
fine motor skill issues have been indispensable. In a
case like this where a child has global delays, both
need to see this client.

Sincerely,
Linda Madsen, RN, IBCLC
