The mom I was concerned about had a Caesarean 4 days ago, continued to 
produce plenty of white milk. Didn't apper to change to colostrum. Baby has 
fed amazingly from when she first latched in theatre. She had copious yellow 
stools by day 3, so presumably whatever she needed was there for her.
