Yes, I saw the movie Bachelor and the baby too - and really winced when the
doctor told her the baby's blood revealed he was undernourished as he was
only breastfeeding. the baby was supposed to be about 9 - 10 months old.
The problem was related to a Mom who was homeless and really overwhelmed.
It's too bad they had to use that line to show it! How much did formula
companies pay for all this to be said? Don't know - but didn't see any
brand names of formula for the rest of the movie, which I was expecting, so
maybe it was just the writers' creation. They never showed breastfeeding
as a positive - at another point she was breastfeeding and arguing and she
told the bachelor to stop it or it would give the baby indigestion...

CBS aired the movie.
