This is the problem with trying to offer an international credential - how
does that really work? Even for non-profits it can be a real problem dealing
with the laws and regulations in each country. For a professional
credential, it just seems overwhelming. What other professions offer an
international credential and how do they handle the varying educational
programs in each country?
