I agree with all positions. We can trace it back to very basic attachment
issues which reflect both unmet needs and the sexualization of the breasts.

For some who did not get their needs met at the breast in early
childhood,and have not resolved these unmet needs, the sight of an infant
experiencing satisfaction at the breast, close to mom, can be very
unsettling and trigger old wounds.

Also for some folks who confuse physical closeness and intimacy with sex,
there is no distinction between intimacy and sex, all closeness is about
sex, so the child at the breast becomes sexual. This too is a layover of
unmet childhood needs for attachment and physical closeness.
