How about a few points on the Womanly Art of Pumping?  It *is* as
much of an art as breastfeeding, in my experience.  So many moms are
discouraged with their early efforts but don't know how to improve
things.

A couple of things that pop to mind:
* breast compression can be extremely helpful; Jack Newman has a
great info sheet

* the "massage-stroke-shake" part of the Marmet hand-expression
technique is also helpful with pumping

* expressing successfully has a large mental component -- mom should
relax, close her eyes, think about her baby, focus on a picture or
piece of baby's clothing, pretend the pump is her baby

* mom should pay attention to what triggers her MERs as this is
crucial to pumping success

* output may vary throughout the day and moms should not be alarmed
if they can only pump half in the evening what they can in the
morning -- this is normal

You do have a lot of ground to cover in an hour!  This sounds like a
great program for the moms.
