Maybe I'm confusing something here, but I thought part of the problem
was the mothers getting epidurals?
I love this video, but when I routinely showed it in a BF class, I was
stunned to be confronted with all the moms asking, so an epidural is
better than drugs (narcotics)?
I would then spend several minutes quoting all the studies showing any
drug epidural or narcotic could affect an infants suck, and explaining
that I had worked with lots of babies who'd had epidurals who had a
problem sucking.
Hasn't anybody else run into this?
