Alicia, as long as the baby is comfortable I reassure.  I find most long
interval BM BF babies are comfortable.  My theory is these babies are
usually growing rapidly and there just isn't much waste leftover for bowel
to deal with, leading to the long interval.

If baby is VERY uncomfortable I suggest a little rectal stim with a well
lubricated rectal thermometer.  That is usually just enough to make baby
