Cindy and others who want to see how the Code has changed over time: please
visit
http://www.ibfan.org/site2005/Pages/article.php?art_id=52&iui=1

There, you will see the full Code, as it was adopted in the early 80's. But
along the TOP of the page, you will also see 14 boxes labeled "WHA [no.]".

Ya know how some people rattle off that phrase "the Code and all subsequent
World Health Assembly Resolutions?" Well -- these are they. These are the
resolutions that have been adopted, since 1980, to clarify or update or
improve or correct the Code.

It is kind of a pain in the neck to have to read each and every screaming
WHA Resolution -- but a full understanding of the Code will require you to
start with the original document, and then move to the resolutions in
sequential order. Fortunately, most of the resolutions are only a page or
two in length.
