Hale says it varies, but 200 mg loading and 100 mg for 14 days seems to be 
most recommended.  Of course baby needs to be treated at same time. 
Diflucan is considered compatible with breastfeeding

Hale has 4 pages of info on it in 2010 edition.
This is not a commercial :-)  I just think everyone, LCs, peds, obs, 
hospitals etc. need one.

Lactmed is also a good source.  Go to www.toxnet.nlm.nih.gov/
and on left hand side of page click on Lactmed.
