I had always used 1/2 tsp to 1 cup water from an old home nursing text I
had.  After the discussion on Lactnet, I decided I must  have been wrong and
went to the 1/4 tsp & 1 cup water recipe.  I swear by saline soaks on sore
nipples.  Works wonderfully most of the time for rapid healing.  Pat in SNJ
