I'm sorry to be so late weighing in here, but was out of town.

Sounds like you've found creative solutions for this baby.  If you are still
looking for things to try, I'd suggest gum stimulation before feeds (washcloth
around a finger, rubbing gums 3 times around), and/or tongue "walking".
Experimenting and watching baby's cues is key.  Also, this baby may be a good
candidate for the blanket swing, as described in Cathy Genna's Leaven article.
